We’re currently seeking a Virtual Receptionist to serve as the warm, professional first point of contact for our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and friendly manner

Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently

Route inquiries to the appropriate legal team members

Organize and maintain digital files and documents

Proactively address common client questions with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking





Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Empathetic and passionate about helping others

Prior experience in customer service or legal environments is a plus
