- provide general support for the implementation of engineering change orders (ecos) and customer deviations.
- support the product engineering team during pilot runs by performing follow-up activities, material validations, component specification reviews, and verification of product assembly characteristics against customer bills of materials (boms) and assembly drawings.
- promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and engineering processes.
- provide technical guidance and support for internal manufacturing and operational processes.
- assist in line stoppages and downtime events related to product engineering issues, supporting troubleshooting and corrective actions.




- monitor and report key performance metrics to support operational and engineering objectives.
- support material release activities in the receiving area when product engineering notifications are generated, including verification of manufacturer part numbers (mpns), material dimensions, and coordination with cross-functional teams to communicate and resolve discrepancies.
- participate in product engineering department training and development programs.
- participate in internal and external audits as required, supporting compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
