The Employee Impact Program Manager, LATAM will oversee our employee base across Latin America and key eastern U.S. markets — supporting the LATAM Employee Impact Council across 4 countries and 7 U.S. Employee Impact Councils. This role is responsible for increasing programmatic impact, engaging employees at scale, and building sustainable systems to support a diverse market.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving strategic employee impact programming for all Salesforce employees across Latin America and the eastern United States.
- Support and enable the LATAM Employee Impact Council spanning 4 countries and 7 U.S. Employee Impact Councils to deliver effective volunteering opportunities that are locally meaningful.
