A fast-growing US-based company is expanding internationally and launching its first on-site sales hub in Medellín. The company is hiring Senior Sales Executive who will play a key role in building and scaling outbound sales efforts from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role designed for experienced outbound professionals who are comfortable operating in high-activity environments and engaging senior decision-makers across traditional industries. This role offers high earning potential, performance-based compensation accelerators, and the opportunity to meaningfully impact a scaling team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, logistics.
- Manage first-touch outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow-up emails.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with Growth, Revenue,
and Operations teams to support pipeline development.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references.
- Experience selling into the US market.
Nice to Have:
- Background in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar sectors.
- Experience working with early-stage teams or contributing to new office or hub launches.
