We are looking for an On Base Support Engineer! This is your chance to step into a dynamic role where you'll make a real impact by ensuring seamless operations of the On Base ECM system. Your problem-solving skills will be key in tackling daily technical challenges and driving system performance.
LOCATION: LATAM WORK MODEL: Full-time, Remote WHAT YOU' LL DO:
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for the On Base ECM system.
- Resolve issues related to document imaging, workflow, indexing, user access, and system performance.
- Work closely with end users and IT teams to diagnose problems and apply fixes or patches.
- Maintain system uptime and ensure smooth integration with connected business applications. WHAT WE' RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong knowledge of On Base configuration, diskgroups, and Application Server administration.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English.
