What You’ll Do:

Answer Calls: Be the first point of contact for our clients, handling calls in a friendly and professional way.

Schedule Jobs: Set up service appointments based on client availability and team schedules.

Coordinate: Stay in touch with tenants, neighbors, and others to keep everything running smoothly and avoid disruptions.

Customer Support: Help with questions or issues quickly while providing great customer service.

Communication: Keep all communication clear, simple, and professional—both over the phone and in writing.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English Skills: You should be comfortable speaking and writing in English at a professional level.

People Skills: Friendly, confident on the phone, and customer-focused.

Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus, especially if you’ve handled scheduling.

Team Player: Positive attitude and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
