We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Construction Operations Coordinator to
support project scheduling, field operations, data management, and administrative
workflows. This role combines project coordination, scheduling, high-volume data entry,
and AI-assisted administrative support to ensure projects move efficiently from
measurement through installation.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate measurement and installation schedules.
• Communicate with field staff and managers via phone and email.




• Maintain accurate project records and perform high-volume data entry.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to summarize emails,
organize documentation, improve workflows, and increase productivity.
• Update spreadsheets, production trackers, and operational databases.
• Prioritize incoming requests while supporting day-to-day operations.
• Identify scheduling issues and proactively communicate solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in operations, scheduling, project coordination, or administrative
support.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
