8+ years overall experience , with 5+ years in Performance Testing .

Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, Groovy/JavaScript , scripting, correlation, parameterization, assertions, and debugging.

Experience designing Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability tests with workload modeling, TPS, pacing, ramp-up, and think time.

Strong skills in production log/traffic analysis and performance bottleneck identification.

Hands-on monitoring experience with Datadog, AppDynamics, Kibana/Elasticsearch , AWS, JVM/.NET, databases, and infrastructure.

Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/ECS , containers, autoscaling, and cloud performance monitoring.

Experience setting up distributed JMeter testing and troubleshooting load generators/connectivity issues.

Strong performance analysis, RCA, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience with Git, Jenkins/CI-CD, API testing, SQL, and log analysis .

Ability to lead performance testing independently and mentor junior engineers .
