Upload and manage invoices in customer portals

Ensure accurate and complete documentation

Track and follow up on outstanding invoices

Support internal and external customer inquiries

Collaborate closely with collection teams

Handle questions or inquiries related to customer’s invoices.

Maintain complete supporting correspondence for all invoice submissions. ? What are we looking for?

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Intermediate to advanced English skills

Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable A collaborative team player with strategic thinking skills

Attention to details; demonstrates a high level of accuracy and diligence to ensure correct and complete invoices and Complementos de Pago submissions.
