Own and drive the operational excellence of EBANX’s payment processing ecosystem in Mexico. In this role, you will combine strong analytical thinking, technical expertise,



and data-driven decision-making to ensure our payment operations are not only stable, but a true competitive advantage.
You will act as a key technical and analytical reference, leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytics to continuously improve performance, optimize payment flows, and enhance the merchant experience.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Operational & Performance Ownership
Own the end-to-end operational health of key payment partners in Mexico, focusing on Cards and Alternative Payment Methods. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as approval rates, latency, transaction quality, settlement accuracy, and partner performance.
• Technical & Analytical Point of Contact
Act as the main interface between EBANX and partner technical teams, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization with a strong technical and data-oriented mindset.
• Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze large datasets
