The Human Resources Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for leading people initiatives that drive organizational performance, culture, and employee experience. This role oversees the design and execution of HR strategies, ensures legal compliance, and fosters a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree or HR certification (plus).
