Job purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Maintenance Supervisor. The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring the availability of company assets through effective coordination of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with relevant departments

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date record of critical equipment.
- Create and update the record of critical spare parts and ensure they are properly recorded in the MRO warehouse system.
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with internal labor regulations and customer service standards.
- Manage and validate the quality of preventive maintenance performed by assigned personnel.
- Manage the procurement of spare parts requested by the team.
