Description of the Role
Within Ayvens, Data Privacy Analyst supports the effective deployment for Data Compliance to protect our company and its customers.
On his/her perimeter, the Data Privacy Analyst is responsible for the coordination of the implementation of:
- Ayvens Privacy Policies and Procedures
- Data Retention Policies and procedures

In line with SG Group guidelines and priorities

Role & responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of controls required under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (LFDPPP)
- Assist in the management of Data Subject Request (ARCO Rights) and support responses within regulatory deadlines.
- Support the review and maintenance of Privacy Notice, ensuring transparency regarding the collection, use, transfer, and retention of personal data
- Ensure that the Data Processing Register is accurate and up to date,



by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
- Assist CDOPA/Business Process Owners in building and maintaining the Data Processing Register of the entity.
- Assist process owners in conducting and documenting privacy assessments for new and existing projects to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure coordination of all local stakeholders (business lines, IT, security, etc.)-
- Coordinate with Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure Privacy by Design principles are embedded in business processes.
- Coordinate with the Regional Data Privacy Team to support departments in recording and implementing data retention and disposal, Drive the records management deployment strategy on his/her perimeter, including the purging strategy and support the parties involved in the deployment of the purge (system, principles, methodology, etc.)
- Raise awareness within and train operational teams on personal data protection and record managem
