Fortna is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Analyst to join our Project Controls team. This position is responsible for implementing the companys project controls methodology by managing and monitoring the financial performance of client projects. The role supports project delivery through cost control, planning, forecasting, performance measurement, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and international project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the financial aspects of assigned client projects in support of the Project Manager.
Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement and maintain Earned Value Management EVM processes and performance measurement metrics.
Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, variance reports, and project forecasts.
Support international projects, including contract administration, procurement coordination, imports, duties, and compliance with corporate standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding contract documentation, change orders, approvals, and additional services.
Analyze project cost variances and recommend corrective actions to minimize cost overruns.
Maintain regular communication with management regarding project financial performance and project status.
Identify opportunities to improve project controls processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution.





QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Project Planning, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, problemsolving, and time management skills.
Experience working in a fastpaced, international business environment.
Advanced English proficiency written and verbal.
Availability to travel domestically 510 with the possibility of international travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting international projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and or Infor LN.
Experience with Earned Value Management EVM.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and cost control best practices.
