Pre-Construction Coordinator

Location: SPGG, Mexico (On-site)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting large construction projects before they break ground? We’re looking for a Pre-Construction Coordinator to support bidding, vendor communication, document control, procurement tracking, and project handoffs for U.S. commercial and multifamily developments.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate day-to-day budgeting, bidding, estimating, procurement, and project turnover activities.
- Prepare and manage bid packages, drawings, specifications, addenda, proposals, and project records.
- Request hard bids and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on pricing, prequalification, scope clarifications, and pending documents.
- Support bid leveling, scope comparisons, bid tabulations, and proposal reviews, identifying pricing gaps, exclusions, incomplete scopes, and inconsistencies.
- Track bid deadlines, scheduling updates, action items, long-lead materials, and procurement concerns.
- Support proposals, scope exhibits, contract documentation, project startup, and the transfer of key information to Operations.




- Coordinate communication among internal teams, clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring process and bid compliance.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ yrs of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Experience coordinating vendors, documentation, pricing, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- English Level: Strong Conversational English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
