Role Description The Product Designer will work full time on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user-centered SaaS products from concept through launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, synthesizing insights, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data. The role will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.

The Product

Designer will also contribute to design systems,



ensure consistency across platforms, and participate in user interviews and usability testing to validate and refine experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills for end-to-end, user-centered solution development.
- Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills for planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design skills for crafting clear, accessible, and visually cohesive interfaces and components.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs using modern tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams, and to present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SaaS products, responsive design, and basic understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in product and UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and shipped digital products is required.
