Business Process Analyst

Location: Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo

Role Summary

As a Business Process Analyst, you will leverage technology to streamline and improve supply chain and manufacturing business processes within the Integral Information Technology (GIT) team, reporting directly to Sr. Manager, Global App - Supply Chain .



You will provide essential SAP and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of cross-functional applications while delivering daily IT support according to standard operating procedures and Global SLAs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to identify, assess, and implement value-adding technologies and project management frameworks to solve complex procedural problems. By driving system reliability and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support critical business priorities and digital transformation initiatives across the division.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of small to medium IT projects across the division, applying the GIT 5-Steps Methodology to build execution plans and coordinate internal and external resources.
