We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the firm's day-to-day operations, optimize cross-functional performance, and execute the strategic vision established by executive leadership.

Why This Role Matters

As our Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as the firm's second-in-command and strategic operational leader,



partnering directly with the CEO to oversee every aspect of daily operations.

You will lead a multi-department organization of more than 200 professionals, ensuring every department operates efficiently, meets performance objectives, and delivers exceptional client experiences.

Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, financial performance, employee engagement, client satisfaction, and the firm's ability to scale sustainably while maintaining operational excellence.
