Job purpose:

To lead the operational excellence of the production planning area, ensuring high efficiency in manufacturing execution, optimal inventory levels, and on-time customer delivery. Have solid knowledge and skills in multi-cavity plastic injection processes, ensuring seamless alignment between production capacity and purchasing strategy. It involves validating and scheduling production plans to meet all quality and operational standards, identifying and satisfying customer demands with an emphasis on cost optimization, superiority, and sustainability.

Additionally, ensure the smooth transfer of schedule changes to the plant floor for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Production Planning team and technical workflows, ensuring alignment with the company's efficiency and customer delivery goals.
- Work closely with Purchasing and Procurement to ensure raw material availability, align procurement cycles with production schedules, and minimize inventory costs.
- Develop, optimize, and execute the master production schedule for multi-cavity plastic injection molding lines.
- Utilize SAP extensively to manage production orders, capacity planning, material requirements, and master data accuracy.
- Oversee team metrics and objectives (schedule adherence, lead times, capacity utilization),



guaranteeing compliance.
- Be part of the operational leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of strategic plant decisions.
- Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing the planning team members.
- Implement continuous improvement guidelines in planning workflows to reduce downtime and maximize machine capacity.

Candidate profile and knowledge:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in production planning roles. Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing production planning teams.
- Production planning experience in multi-cavity plastic injection molding companies.
- Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience interfacing with Purchasing/Procurement.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (PP/MM modules).
- Advanced English.
