6-10+ years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry (Metalworking/Metal Mechanical)

Advanced English proficiency

Proven leadership in CAPEX and OPEX projects

Experience in productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives

Experience in layout planning and capacity expansion projects

Ability to develop and evaluate Business Cases (ROI, NPV, and Payback Analysis)

Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and effective collaboration with general corporate organizations
