The Role
As a Mainframe Network Support Specialist at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting network connectivity within enterprise mainframe environments. In this role, you ensure network availability, monitor latency, and support secure and reliable communication across critical systems.
You will troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues, work with mainframe protocols and platforms, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement network changes and improvements.
