Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- • Maintain and improve statistical models and planning assumptions in the system (SAP), ensuring the quality and reliability of the information. • Identify demand risks (volatility, product mix changes, inflationary effects) and propose alternative scenarios. • Analyze deviations between forecast and vigente sales, identifying root causes and defining action plans to improve forecast accuracy. • Monitor and report key planning KPIs such as MAPE, BIAS, Forecast Accuracy, and OTIF, proposing continuous improvement actions. • Coordinate with Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure product availability aligned with projected demand. • Develop, analyze, and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts, considering historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches (TSUs).
Additional Responsibilities
- • Develop alternative demand scenarios (optimistic, baseline, pessimistic) and evaluate their impact on inventory, service levels,
and working capital. • Anticipate demand risks and activate contingency plans before they affect customer service. • Identify inventory optimization opportunities without compromising service levels. • Collaborate with Finance to ensure consistency between forecasts, budgets, and financial projections. • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on forecast accuracy and plan reliability.

Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
- • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration • 3 years of experience in similar positions • Intermediate English • Advanced Excel skills, SAP, Excel suite • Proficiency in SAP, IBP, and Power BI
