About the job

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for leading process optimization, ensuring operational excellence,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives within chemical manufacturing operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve safety, and support long-term plant performance.

In your future role as Sr. Process Engineer you will

• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, and cost efficiency

• Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA, RCPS) for complex process issues

• Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with business and operational goals

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within chemical manufacturing operations

• Support plant startups, shutdowns, and scale-up activities with technical expertise
