About the Role: The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving business excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Americas region.



Responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, forecasting demand, analyzing and reporting data, managing the sales funnel, and continuously improving operations. Additionally, the role involves administering Salesforce to support the Executive Leadership team in making informed business decisions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce administration are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage, analyze, coordinate, and communicate monthly and forward-looking sales forecast data.
- Sales Force Management (Reports/Dashboards, New accounts/Update approval)
