We are looking for our next Wholesale Retail Operations & Sell Out Manager to lead the execution of Levi's commercial strategy across Wholesale Mexico, driving sell out performance, retail productivity and consumer experience through a large field organization.
You will own the sellout results of the wholesale channel by translating commercial objectives into actionable retail plans, ensuring flawless execution in stores, developing high performing teams, building future leaders and creating a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
You will develop the capabilities of the field organization through coaching, training and talent development, ensuring teams have the tools,



knowledge and clarity required to execute the brand strategies and deliver the business objectives.
You will also act as the key link between Commercial, Merchandising and Marketing to ensure business strategies, product launches, promotions and customer priorities are effectively executed in stores
About the role:
- Own the Wholesale Mexico Sell Out performance and retail productivity nationally.
- Translate annual and monthly commercial objectives into actionable field execution plans.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, retail trends and store observations.
- Build and execute recovery plans for underperforming stores, cities, regions and customers.
- Drive accountability throughout the field organization through clear goals, KPIs and performance management.
- Develop future leaders and succession plans across the field organization.
