Apoyar las actividades requeridas por el departamento de ingeniería durante la gestión de cambios./ Support the activities required by the engineering department during change management. Representar al cliente con responsabilidad y autoridad para asegurar la oportuna detección de problemas de los productos/ Represent the customer with responsibility and authority to ensure timely detection of product problems.

Administrar los recursos de inspección de manera productivo para asegurar la oportuna detección de problemas de los productos./ Manage inspection resources efficiently to ensure timely detection of product issues. Promover, enfatizar e incorporar una filosofía de prevención de errores y dirigir esfuerzos para construir la calidad de los productos./ Promote, emphasize and incorporate an error prevention philosophy and direct efforts to build product quality. Seguimiento y monitoreo de KPI's del proceso de calidad e implementación de acciones correctivas cuando los resultados no sean alcanzados./ Follow-up and monitoring of KPIs of the quality process and implementation of corrective actions when the results are not achieved.

Desarrollo e implementación de planes de calidad para el monitoreo del proceso y producto./ Development and implementation of quality plans for monitoring the process and product. Documentación y monitoreo de acciones correctivas derivadas de quejas de cliente, incumplimiento de KPI's, auditorías de proceso y producto, control estadístico del proceso, etc./ Documentation and monitoring of corrective actions derived from customer complaints, non-compliance with KPI's, process and product audits, statistical control of the process, etc. Seguimiento y monitoreo del control estadístico de proceso de las áreas de inspección./ Follow-up and monitoring of the statistical process control of the inspection areas.

Seguimiento de acciones correctivas de proceso con el equipo multidisciplinario./ Follow-up of process corrective actions with the multidisciplinary team. Gestionar las acciones correctivas de clientes (Activar contenciones en las primeras 24 horas, causa raíz, 8D)./ Manage customer corrective actions (Trigger containment activities in first 24 hours, root cause, 8D)



Realizar presentaciones de análisis de fallas por quejas o problemas de calidad en proceso./ Make failure analysis presentations for complaints or quality problems in process Bloquear material en sistema MES cuando no esté aprobado por el cliente./ Block material in the MES system when it is not approved by the client. Seguimiento del producto No conforme del proceso./ Follow-up of the non-conforming product of the process Seguimiento a portales de clientes./ Monitoring of customer portals Realizar instrucciones de retrabajo./ Perform rework instructions Liberación de tableros de inspección, construcción y prueba eléctrica cuando hay cambio de Ingeniería./ Release of inspection, construction and electrical test boards when there is a change in Engineering Entrenar al personal de calidad en criterios de aceptación y controles del proceso./ Train quality personnel on acceptance criteria and process controls Realizar estudios de Capacidad y MSAs por atributos./ Conduct capacity and KAPPA studies Verificar contra especificaciones las piezas PPAP./ Verify PPAP parts against specifications./ Enviar certificados de material al cliente (si aplica)./ Send material certificates to the client (if applicable) Proporcionar orientación a los involucrados acerca de las actividades de inspección./ Provide guidance to those involved about inspection activities.
