The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process quality throughout the manufacturing operation. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives, investigates quality issues, implements corrective and preventive actions, and ensures compliance with customer and quality system requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and conversational.
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with quality systems and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
