- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related field
- Advanced English
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality roles within manufacturing environments in aerospace, or metal-mechanical sectors (mandatory)
- Proven experience in audits and certifications (AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Expert knowledge of Quality Standards and Systems: AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
- Experience with Quality tools: 8D, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies: LEAN and SIX SIGMA
- Experience managing ERP systems (preferably SAP or similar)
- Strong leadership capabilities for multidisciplinary teams
- High capacity for analysis, leadership, and decision-making
