Optimize the integral supplier network to enhance supply chain resilience and achieve sustainable cost savings

Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency

Partner with cross-functional teams to align supplier capabilities with business priorities and innovation goals

Drive continuous improvement by monitoring supplier performance and implementing value-creation initiatives
