Legal Operations Specialist

Role Summary

Are you a tech-savvy finance or systems professional ready to power the digital evolution of a general legal team? As our Legal Operations Specialist, you will own the day-to-day administration of the Corporate Legal Budget, driving strict spend management, outside counsel electronic billing,



and cross-functional payment workflows. Reporting directly to the CBS Legal Operations COE Team Lead, you will serve as a critical technical bridge, maintaining our SAP and Onit eBilling integrations while developing next-generation AI reporting dashboards. Responsibilities

Spend Tracking & Budget Administration: Partner with practice area teams to build, track, and analyze annual budgets and official estimates, proactively mitigating financial risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
