About the Role
Kitsch is looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Hair Care & Consumables Categories to become an integral part of our enthusiastic Quality team. The role is expected to work closely with our team of product development, production, purchasing, marketing, sales and vendors to conduct product evaluation and improvement projects, ensure products comply with regulatory requirements,



product specifications, and customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible for developing test methods, non-conformity management plans, and quality control plans for existing and new products that reflect the Kitsch brand look and match our target market and end-user requirements.
The ideal candidate is analytical, knowledgeable, innovative, energetic, systematic, and preferably experienced in quality assurance, quality audits, regulatory compliance, and product improvement.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Work closely with Product Development and vendors to conduct product launch sampling evaluation, improvement, and ensure new products are compliant with specifications, target markets' regulations, and customers’ satisfaction.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and vendors to conduct current product evaluation, change risk analysis, and improvement projects,
