Role Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Bilingual Sales Executive to support their growing international team. The role focuses on lead management, outbound outreach, CRM tracking, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced remote environment. The adecuado candidate is persuasive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach efficiency and follow-up processes.

Key Responsibilities

LEAD QUALIFICATION & OUTREACH
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both Spanish and English
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media




- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team

SALES SUPPORT & CLOSING ASSISTANCE
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Support negotiation conversations when needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and professional communication

CRM & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
- Manage and update CRM systems (GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, HubSpot, or similar)
- Track lead activity, follow-ups, and deal stages
- Maintain organized and accurate sales data
- Generate simple pipeline reports when required

LEAD GENERATION & RESEARCH
- Conduct prospect research and identify new opportunities
- Support marketing efforts through targeted lead generation
- Maintain and update prospect databases

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum English proficiency level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
- At least 6 m
