What You'll Do

As a Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, vendors,



and internal teams while managing a portfolio of approximately 100–125 residential rental properties.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day operations for assigned properties

Responding to tenant and owner inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

Managing work orders through AppFolio and ensuring timely completion

Reviewing and approving maintenance invoices

Overseeing property turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs

Processing lease renewals and security deposit reimbursements

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Ensuring compliance with applicable property requirements and certifications

Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships What We're Looking For

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Your own PC/laptop equipment (Mac is not supported)

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Basic knowledge of residential maintenance concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus
