We are seeking a detail-oriented LAM Corporate Tax Operations Specialist to support the preparation, analysis, and compliance of direct tax obligations across LATAM. This role is key to ensuring timely filings, maintaining tax compliance, supporting audits,



and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll contribute to the strengthening of corporate tax processes, improve data quality, and help drive continuous improvement within the tax function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate preparation of corporate income tax, withholding tax, and freight tax returns.
- Collect, prepare, process, analyze, perform exception checking, and reconcile data required for direct tax returns, tax payments, group tax reporting, and statutory tax disclosures.
- Maintain proper evidence and documentation supporting tax filings and positions.
- Assist in managing the tax function by supporting strategies, practices, protocols, and identifying planning opportunities.
- Monitor and manage LATAM tax compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Compile data and prepare reports, reconciliations, and responses to information requests from management,
