Position Summary

Capital & Partner Solutions (CAPS) manages all capital formation and strategic partnership efforts for investment offerings across Vista Equity Partners. Engaging with Vista’s private equity and private credit investing strategies, the CAPS team is responsible for product strategy, fundraising, relationship management, and the investor experience for all of Vista’s solutions across institutional and private wealth investors.
The client coverage team within CAPS is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with existing and new limited partners across our general franchise. The group operates collaboratively and is organized regionally to offer the breadth and depth of our investment products and solutions to institutional and private wealth investors around the world. Team members determine client, channel, and region-specific strategies to deepen existing relationships and broaden our LP base, and operate with the assistance of systems, technology, and data to inform strategy and consistently deliver effective outcomes.




The Latin America CAPS team covers institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth platforms across Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Brazil, the Andean region, and the Southern Cone. We are hiring a Coverage Associate to support investor relations and fundraising initiatives in the region. The Associate will report directly to the Vice President who leads the Latin America CAPS team's coverage effort and will work closely with the broader CAPS team and senior firm leadership.
This role is uniquely positioned across both institutional and wealth fundraising, providing the Associate with full-spectrum exposure to Vista’s LP base in the region. The team is small and flat, with direct visibility to firm leadership and a deliberate model of training and elevating talent over time.
