1. Use clinical insight to locate customer training and application service requirements. Develop and deliver product application training and support to customers with the target of increasing customer usage rate and satisfaction of Mindray product, including installation trainings, customer regular visiting, technical support and so on.

2. Deliver technical trainings for distributor’s application team, and meanwhile providing constructive suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.

3. Collect and analyze products' application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements, share information to HQ to promote the improvement of IVD products.

Job qualifications and Experience:

Education levels：

Graduate/Post-Graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or related.

Profession:

Relevant Professional Category

Experience：

2 or more years of clinical application experience in IVD products (CLIA, Biochemistry) companies or their distributors, or with clinical laboratory working experience.



Be familiar with IVD products detection principles, testing process and application service activities.

Experienced in delivering application trainings of IVD products to distributors or end-users.

Experienced in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting，performance verification.

With customer management and distributor management experience is preferred.

Language Skill:

Good in both written and spoken English

Computer Skill：

Familiar with Computer and Office Software ( Word, Excel and PPT)

Customer Management:

1、Perform post-sale demos to the customers to develop product understanding and applications knowledge, provide Installation trainings and advanced trainings. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make best use of it.

2、Complete all planned customer visits on time, especially the VIP customers, collecting customer
