Job Summary Responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, components, and services, ensuring compliance with Jabil's quality standards and operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities Execute purchase orders for assigned commodities and services, adhering to established purchasing policies and procedures.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for Jabil.
Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery and quality, and elevate issues as necessary.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to understand material requirements and resolve supply chain issues.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information in the ERP system.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the procurement function.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring timely material availability.




Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Jabil policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in procurement or a supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of supply chain principles and purchasing best practices.
