Key Responsibilities Business & Systems Analysis: Gather stakeholder requirements, analyze data, and formulate system specifications and technical solutions for ERP, BI, CRM, and collaboration tools.
Project Management: Lead and provide project oversight for global IS continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Implementation & Optimization: Maintain existing applications, evaluate software options, coordinate new system implementations, and perform cost-benefit/ROI analyses.
User Training & Adoption: Organize and deliver training to end-users to ensure maximum technology adoption and efficiency.
Security & Disaster Recovery:



Ensure "Security by Design" principles and robust Disaster Recovery planning are embedded in all new software implementations and developments.
Candidate Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, BIS, CIS, or equivalent practical experience. (Master's degree in Business or Computer Science is a plus).
Experience: 5+ years of IT experience with broad knowledge across ERP, CRM, Intranet, BI, and IT Infrastructure.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Required).
Industry Background: Experience as a business analyst within textile or process manufacturing is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics is a huge PLUS.
Key Competencies: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure.
