job responsibilities:

- oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery projects and daily operations.
- manage day-to-day operational activities.
- foster a strong sense of accountability and build a high-performing team.
- collaborate closely with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
- develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations.
- guide the team toward achieving top-tier service level agreements (slas) and drive continuous operational improvements.
- oversee all vendors and partners.

job requirements:

- at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operational processes, including performance tracking and reporting.
- versátil availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
- proficient in english (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
