This is a confidential search managed exclusively by Chester & Black.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong controlling and internal control background to step into a plant-level role within a global manufacturing environment.What you'll do- Support plant controlling activities: month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis- Prepare and analyse management reports (Plant Report, Flash Report) and profitability by project- Contribute to cost structure optimisation and plant factor calculation (Man & Machine)- Support inventory valuation,



cash flow reporting and internal control processes- Partner with plant management and cross-functional teams to support decision-makingWhat we're looking for- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field- Solid background in controlling, with internal control experience highly valued- Previous experience as a Plant Controller is strongly preferred- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector- Advanced English (essential — daily use with regional and general teams)- Proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP- Willingness to travel occasionally to other states as requiredDetails- Full-time, 100% on-site in Puebla- Competitive salary and benefits package above market 80k- Direct, permanent hire with a global manufacturerInterested?
