**Business Operations Coordinator | Remote**:**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Business Operations Coordinator** to support core operational workflows across client onboarding, billing coordination, contract administration, and internal systems support.This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth client experiences, accurate operational processes, and strong internal organization.You will work cross-functionally with internal teams while maintaining professional communication with clients.This is a **client-facing role** requiring strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
**- Key Responsibilities**:- Support end-to-end client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions- Coordinate billing workflows, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking- Assist with contract preparation, organization,



and documentation management- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal operational tools- Monitor workflows and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across systems**Qualifications**:- Strong organizational and project coordination skills- Excellent written and verbal English communication- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment- Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities- Experience with CRM and operational tools preferred- Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (Zapier, Make, n8n)**Tools & Systems**:Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Ignition, Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, CRM platforms, billing systems, workflow automation tools**- Work Setup**:- 100% Remote- Must be available during US business hours
