- Lead and coordinate the production planning team, ensuring alignment on priorities, workload distribution, and execution discipline- Translate assembly demand into detailed and executable production plans across punching, bending, welding, and painting- Drive daily/weekly planning routines, ensuring clear priorities and accountability within the team- Manage and release production orders in SAP with high data accuracy- Ensure integration of orders into WICAM,
optimizing material utilization and nesting efficiency- Act as the primary communication bridge between assembly, production, logistics, and planning teams- Proactively manage constraints, bottlenecks, and capacity imbalances- Monitor KPIs and lead action plans with the team to close performance gaps (especially OTD)- Coach and support team members in problem-solving, prioritization, and system usage- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and results orientationWhat do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field- 5+ years of experience in production planning- Proven experience leading or coordinating planning teams in a manufacturing environment- Strong experience with multi-process manufacturing operations- Advanced knowledge of SAP- Experience with nesting software (WICAM or similar) preferred- Production Planning: MRP, MPS, scheduling- SAP PP/MM (mandatory)- Manufacturing processes: punching, bending, welding, painting- Data analysis (Excel advanced, Power BI is a plus)- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement- Strong team leadership and coordination skills (even without direct authority)- Ability to set priorities, drive execution, and ensure accountability- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset- High results orientation, especially toward OTD performance- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments- Coaching mindset: ability to develop team capabilities and standardize processesEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
