**This is a Collections campaign.You must find yourself comfortable calling customers to collect debt, negotiate payment arrangements, know how to use promises to pay.

you need**:- Experience/skills in negotiating debt payments- **Basic Excel** needs is a **MUST**:- Comfortability making outbound calls for collecting debt- Ability to collect full debt or portion of the debt on the phone- Basic knowledge on what "payment arrangements" and "promises to pay" are- You need strong skills in "probing questions", investigations skills and active listening- If you do not have experience in collections, a Finance background and strong call center customer service experience is a plus.Pay: $16,****** - $19,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- How far from Metro Hidalgo do you live in minutes?
