**Requirements**:- Advanced English proficiency (required)- Associate's Degree or higher- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred- Relevant accounting experience required- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision- Strong time management and prioritization skills**Responsibilities**:- Review and process vendor invoices for payment- Match invoices with purchase orders and verify information- Investigate invoice discrepancies and communicate findings to the AP Supervisor- Generate payments for vendor invoices- Review and reconcile vendor statements- Maintain relationships with new and existing vendors- Provide daily updates regarding invoice processing and outstanding invoices- Follow established work instructions consistently- Support monthly AP close activities ensuring all transactions are capturedSchedule:- Full-time position- Monday to Friday- 8:00 AM to 5:36 PMCompensation & Benefits:- $22,000 MXN gross monthly salary- Approx.
