**Job Summary**:- The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely material handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.This role plays a critical part in supporting production by maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.




- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and on-time shipments.
- Manage warehouse budget and control costs related to labor, equipment, and supplies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Knowledge of inventory control, material handling equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
