**Responsibilities**:- Create promotional visuals and promo banners for different formats- Prepare adaptations and resizes based on existing visual concepts- Work with composition, lighting, materials, and rendering to create polished visuals- Perform retouching, compositing, and color correction in Photoshop- Combine 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements into cohesive promotional designs- Maintain visual consistency across all promotional materials- Collaborate with stakeholders, graphic designers,



and motion designers on daily design tasks**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or visual designer- Strong Photoshop skills for retouching, compositing, and color correction- Ability to create clean and polished promotional visuals based on briefs and references- Experience with adaptations and resizes for different formats and platforms- Ability to work with existing brand guidelines and visual styles- Basic experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software would be a plus**Nice to Have**:- Experience working with marketing or creative agencies- Familiarity with AI-assisted visual production tools- Experience in the gambling, betting, or gaming industry.
