**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:Review and optimize mechanical, electrical, or electronic designs to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective to produce on the production line.
**BASIC DUTIES**:- Monitor and optimize the yield rate by reducing defects and operating costs.
- Translate client requirements and technical specifications into manufacturable models and drawings- Conduct or coordinate functional testing, build prototypes, and analyze technical feasibility- Actively participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)- Work directly with the customer (OEM) or supplier to resolve technical issues, participate in validation events, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED**:- Knowledge in electronics.




- Experience leading work teams- _**- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, industrial or related.
**_- _**- English advanced.
