**Appointment Setter - Remote | MX$22,000/month | Hermosillo, Sonora Only**U.S.Based Company - Full-Time - 100% Remote**ABOUT THE ROLE**Advisor Internet Marketing (AIM) is a U.S.based digital marketing company serving financial advisory firms across the country.We connect pre-retirees and retirees with trusted advisors, and **the first voice those people hear is yours**.
You will **not be reading from a script or cold calling strangers**.
Every person you speak with has already raised their hand and asked to hear from us.Your job is to turn that interest into a confirmed appointment, with warmth, clarity, and professionalism on every call.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**- Call warm inbound leads who have already requested information through our website.
**No cold calling.
**:- Schedule 10 to 20 qualified appointments per day with our U.S.based financial advisors- Manage calendars, confirmations, and follow-up calls- Maintain accurate, organized CRM records after every interaction- Represent AIM with confidence and genuine care on every call**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**- **Near-native English pronunciation.Required.
**:- 2+ years in appointment setting, call center, or client-facing service- Calm, confident, and personable,



especially under pressure- Strong follow-through and self-discipline working remotely- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment where your results are visible and rewarded**SCHEDULE****Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Arizona time (MST).
This is a full-time commitment.If you are unable to work these hours consistently, this role is not the right fit.
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**- Personal laptop or desktop computer- Professional-grade headset- High-speed, stable internet connection- Quiet, dedicated home office space**COMPENSATION**Base pay: MX$22,000/month guaranteedTotal with bonuses: MX$28,000 to $35,000/monthBonuses start: Day one**Performance bonuses are tied to appointments set.
