**:**Responsibilities**:- **Prepare, review, and process invoices for service, repair, and modernization work.Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms, completion documentation, and company policy standards.
**:- **Serve as a key liaison between the Shared Service Center, field operations, and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow.
**:- **Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external billing inquiries, providing clear communication and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
**:- **Maintain a thorough understanding of company systems, billing procedures,



and industry requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial controls.
**:- **Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and data integrity, contributing to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
**:- **Collaborate with peers and leaders across departments to support company goals, uphold service standards, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
****Qualifications we seek in you!
**:** Minimum Qualifications**- **Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; HS Diploma required**:- **Experience within a Shared Service environment.
**:- **Experience using MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel**:- **Prioritizing and multi-tasking, working well under pressure while paying close attention to detail to meet month-end deadlines.
**:- **Ability to handle sensitive information, maintain a high level of data entry accuracy, and adhere to strict deadlines is essential.
**:- **Able to display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employee, as well as the ability to communicate positively and effectively, verbally and in writing**:- **Advanced English level.
