**What you will do**:- Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support.
- Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.




- Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.
**What you will have**:**Customer Focus**:Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
**Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

**Basic requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- Pre-advanced English- Pre-advanced Spanish- Experience in the industrial sector- Advanced/Fluent English & Spanish- Experience in the mining sector**Additional information**:- Travel expectation is 40%.
